Fabled Returns Policy
Our aim is to make sure you are happy with your purchase from Fabled.com.
If you are unhappy with your purchase we can offer you a refund or an exchange. You have up to 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return unused item(s) to us in order to receive a refund or an exchange.
Products we cannot refund or exchange
Unless there is something wrong with the item(s) or it does not correspond with the description on Fabled, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange in respect of the following:
- Unsealed cosmetics, for example if you remove the hygiene seals and tags from a product
- Products that become mixed inseparably with other items, after delivery
- Products that have been used
- Products that are not in their original packaging
- Personalised or made to measure products
- Perishable products, products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
Returning your order
Please tell us that you wish to return or exchange item(s) by getting in touch with our Customer Service Team by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone: 0330 123 0500. Please provide your name, home address, details of the order, your telephone number and email address in order to enable us to deal with your request. We will advise you of the best way to send your item(s) back to us.
We will pay the costs of return when you contact us to return your item(s) and use our methods of collection, which include the following:
If you chose to send your product back via Collect Plus then we'll provide you with a Collect Plus returns sticker and we'll cover the cost.
If your item was delivered via DPD then we will arrange a day for them to collect your return from you. They will then allocate you a 1 hour slot on the day so that you know when to expect them. This is free of charge.
If you chose to send the product back to us in any other way then you will need to pay for the cost of return.
Processing your refund
Please note that it can take up to 14 days from you returning your item(s) to receive your refund. We will credit your payment card (provided payment has already been debited from your payment card) with the price of the item(s) you are returning.
a) We may reduce your refund (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the product, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way that means you have not taken reasonable care. We ask that you exercise reasonable care by not removing the seals while examining the item(s), unless you are certain that you intend to keep them.
b) If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the item(s) and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount to cover the reduction in value of the product.
c) The maximum refund for delivery costs will be the cost of standard delivery provided that the item(s) was not part of a larger order. For example, if we offer delivery of a product within 3-5 days at one cost but you choose to have the product delivered within 24 hours at a higher cost, then we will only refund what you would have paid for the cheaper delivery option.
