Fabled Returns Policy
Returns Via Courier. You may return most items in a new and unused condition and wherever possible in the original packaging
If you want to cancel/return a product you must tell us by getting in touch with our Customer Service Team by email: email@example.com, by telephone: 0330 123 0500 or by post to Aquarius House, Bessemer Road, Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, AL7 1HH within 14 days (beginning on the day after the day you receive the product), and you then have 14 days to return the product to us. Please provide your name, home address, details of the order, your telephone number and email address in order to enable us to deal with your request. If you return the whole order the £3.99 delivery charge will be refunded.
Exceptions to the returns policy
The following exceptions apply to our returns policy. No refunds or exchanges can be given on items which are personalised or made to your specification. For hygiene reasons cosmetics and toiletries cannot be returned if unwrapped or unsealed unless faulty. Perishable products and products that become mixed inseparably with other items, after delivery cannot be returned. Where a product has a security sticker warning that the product cannot be returned once the sticker is removed, a refund or exchange will not be given if the seal is broken except in accordance with your legal rights. Returned items which are not in new or unused condition may not be fully credited to your account unless they are faulty. This does not affect your right to return faulty items.
To return a product by post call 0333 777 4574 to request a returns label, then take to your nearest Post Office.
Processing your refund
Please note that it can take up to 14 days from you returning your item(s) to receive your refund. We will credit your payment card (provided payment has already been debited from your payment card) with the price of the item(s) you are returning.
a) We may reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the product, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way that means you have not taken reasonable care. We ask that you exercise reasonable care by not removing the seals while examining the item(s), unless you are certain that you intend to keep them.
b) If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the item(s) and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount to cover the reduction in value of the product.
