Fabled Discount Offers and Vouchers
These terms and conditions apply to discount offers and the use of vouchers, and are in addition to any other terms and conditions specified in the offer or voucher (“offer terms”). These terms were last updated on 28 March 2019.
Some products and services are excluded from our promotions. Unless otherwise stated, all promotions online and in store currently exclude discounted products, products that are on Price Match, and also the following brands: Aramis, BKR, Cult 51, Darphin, DKNY, Donna Karan, Ermenegildo Zegna, Gold Collagen, Jason, La Mer, Maskeraide, Michael Kors, The Ordinary. Please note, this list may be subject to change. Promotional vouchers or offers also cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers.

Make savings on your Fabled shopping using vouchers
From time to time we may issue you with vouchers that entitle you to a saving on your order (“the voucher”). Each voucher will detail the saving, any applicable restrictions and how to use it, usually by entering a code at checkout at the end of your shop.
What type of vouchers are there?
Money off your shop vouchers
These entitle you to money off your order. The voucher will detail the amount that will be deducted from your total, any applicable exclusions, a minimum spend if applicable, the voucher code needed and the expiry date. The minimum spend needed to qualify for the offer is inclusive of VAT, but excludes delivery and Fabled Gift Vouchers. The maximum reward available for percentage discount vouchers per order is £75 unless otherwise stated.
Product specific vouchers
These vouchers entitle you to money off particular products, or may offer a free product. The voucher will detail which product(s) the offer applies to, any applicable exclusions, and any saving you might make (if applicable), as well as the voucher code and expiry date.
Free delivery vouchers
These vouchers entitle you to a free delivery slot on any day within a specific time period (e.g. 10am–12pm on the 23rd/24th/25th). Once you have made your delivery choice and entered the code at checkout, the delivery fee will be reduced to £0. If you wish to change your delivery details, any available free timeslots will be indicated with a red van icon.
How do I use the vouchers?
Vouchers are easy to use. Apply them to your order by entering the voucher code at checkout.
Follow the voucher instructions
For online orders, you must use the code as it appears on the voucher. If you enter an incorrect code you will receive an automatic message telling you an error has occurred. Please check the voucher instructions and try again.
What are the applicable time periods to the vouchers?
Each voucher will state a valid-from date and an expiry date. Orders must be placed within this time. The voucher and its code will expire automatically on the expiry date stated and cannot be extended.
Are there any circumstances where the offer cannot be used?
Vouchers and offers only apply to selected goods purchased on Fabled.com and cannot be used on any other site, including Ocado.com.
Vouchers cannot be combined unless otherwise indicated, but can be used with general promotional offers appearing to all customers on the website.
Vouchers cannot be backdated, applied to past orders, or redeemed for cash.
Vouchers may only be used once per customer. If more than one customer is registered at a delivery address, the voucher may only be used by a single customer at that address. For example, only one customer at a registered address may use a voucher for money off your first shop.
Vouchers cannot be used for the purchase of Fabled Gift Vouchers.
Fabled reserves the right to withdraw or terminate any of its vouchers or offers at any time, either as a whole or for specific delivery areas.
Fabled reserves the right to reject the use of a voucher where fraud or breach of voucher terms is suspected. Under these circumstances, Fabled also reserves the right to cancel your order and suspend your account. You will be notified via email, and will be invited to contact our Customer Service Team on 0330 123 0500. If your account is suspended, it will remain suspended until you contact our team to look into the matter further.
Will all customers receive the same offer?
On occasion, some offers and vouchers will only be available to certain groups of customers or will be specific to certain delivery areas. Different offers and vouchers may be run simultaneously.
